Turns official healthcare code sets into value sets, cohorts and quality measures, then writes the SQL to find those patients in your own data warehouse.

• Search every code system. ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, LOINC, HCPCS, NDC, CVX and more in one search, with the source release beside every result.
• Work with value sets. Browse 12,000+ VSAC value sets, compare eCQM releases, or build and share your own.
• Describe a cohort in plain rules. Patients or encounters that have, or don’t have, codes from your lists, with age ranges and measure-style numerators.
• Generate the SQL. Map your warehouse schema once, then export a dbt project or plain SQL in seven dialects.

Never holds patient data or connects to your database. Schemas are uploaded as names and types only.
